Theresa Cullen is an Associate Professor in Instructional Psychology and Technology at the University of Oklahoma, where she   coordinates the undergraduate technology integration courses and the 1 to 1 iPad program for all undergraduate teacher education students.  She was named the Apple Distinguished Educator in 2015.  Dr. Cullen has a masters in computer science and is passionate about empowering women in technology, and negotiating salary and benefits to create an equal workplace.
